• Possibility for Collecting trips in the Evje - Iveland area.
• Stone cutting and jewellery making demonstrations .
• Various children activities.
• Guided trips in the Flĺt mine.
• Visit museums with mineralogical collections.
• Coffee, beverages, hotdogs, etc. at the show.
• Barbecue party on Saturday evening (reservations necessary).

ABOUT THE EXHIBITION SPACE

The Oddestemmen Steinsliperi is situated about 3 km north of the Evje Center, take the road to Gautestad and ”Gruveområde”.

Afther 1 km. you arrive to Oddestemmen Steinsliperi, 1 km further you come to Evje Mineralsti and Flaat gruver.

The fairgrounds are about 6000 m2. with place for up to 50 exhibitors. The show is held outdoors, exhibitors have to bring there own tents or a cover. We hope weather is on our side.

There is possibilitys to connect to electricity, but please bring your own extention wires. Water, toilets, shower and a place to wash dishes are at your disposal.

If you can not bring a table, we have tables for rent.

Both norwegian and international dealers and private collectors are invited to participate. We have parking space near to the grounds and 80 m. further down the road.

The camping is open, but places must be ordered in advance, if possible before 1st. June 2010.

Please order a sales space as soon as possible.

The ordering fee is Nkr.150.-; this money and much more will be used for marketing the show.

Sales space 6m. length, including camping space in the back costs Nok.900,00 (3 days).

Sales space for 3x3m. party tent costs Nok.300,00 (3 days).

A one-day place costs Nkr. 50,- per meter.

Use of the available tables is free of cost. Sizes 2.4x0.8m or 1.8x0.8m. Order well in advance!

All prices include electricity.
